Direct Shipping from China

We have very experienced shipping agents work with us for years, they know some special safe ways to deliver the replicas to you. It will be cheaper and also not slow. We might use different logistic companies by different countries to deliver your package just to make it safer.

Triangular Shipping via Transit Areas

Some countries have very strict customs policies, such as some EU countries and South American countries. China is known for replica goods that sometimes causes a package coming from China being opened and possibly confiscated. But now we have 3 areas agents for supporting the triangular shipping.

• Hong Kong

• Netherlands

• United Kingdom

There are two points that you need to know when you choose the triangular shipping:

• Shipping fee will be normally $20 higher than the regular shipping directly from China.

• It will take more time to arrive you than the regular shipping directly from China.

But if you don’t have any experiences on sending replica to your country, we strongly advise you choose this method to make your order delivered safely.

Track Your Order

We will provide tracking numbers for every each orders that our customers purchase from us.

You can use the shipping company official website or tracker website like https://www.17track.net/ to trace your order.

If there is some unusual status of your order on the tracking system , please contact us for more information and details.

Returns & Refunds:

Returns Policy

We accept returns only if you received wrong products or malfunction movement/features as we stated on the product details.

• You need to provide us with detailed issues with both pictures and videos.

• Return policy will not be applicable if you have weared the watch already. Please keep the status of the watch exactly same as you received.

• You will only have a chance to return maximum 72 hours after your order arrived.

• Once it's approved, we will take immediate action to prepare your replacement.

• Return the watch to the address that we gave to you, and you should provide us the tracking number. Please do not use major shipping company like DHL, EMS or Fedex. Use regular registered postal service to avoid entrance problems.

• Once your tracking number is valid (trackable online), we will send the replacement as soon as possible.

Refunds Policy

Refund process will take up to 7 working days from your refund request, as our payment processor regulation.

• We will choose one of some methods as our refund method, and you will be required to provide your account information.

• There is possibility that we will refund you from different ways and different accounts. This is the best way to make refund process faster.

• We can do partial refund as discussion.

Refund will be applicable for the reasons below:

• Replacement for the returned watch(es) is not available in factory stock nor our own stock.

• Your ordered product is not available or out of stock, and you don't want to choose any other products.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

• We offer a 6-months warranty for every each of our watches. Warranty time period is 6 months from QC approved date.

• Warranty is only applicable for NORMAL USAGE MOVEMENT. We do not cover a broken movement caused by accident or personal actions, such as: Try to open the wacth by yourself and fix it or drop the watch on a solid floor.

• Any repair or modification you undertake yourself or is done by a 3rd party watch-smith/modder will invalidate your warranty with us, and any repairs you wish us to undertake will be a paid repair, including shipping both ways and the customs risk in shipping to us and us shipping it back to you.

• We CANNOT hold responsible for water damage as there is no way of knowing whether you submerged your watch deeper than what was recommended by us in the product description.

• We do not guarantee physical broken caused by accident or personal actions.

• We keep all invoices with date stated, therefore, we know your warranty period easily.

Product Replacement:

We will replace your order by the same unit (or different unit based on our discussion) under the conditions below:

• You received wrong watch from what you ordered (model, brand, type, or color).
